Coordinator's Quick Guide

Step 1 · Create your account

Sign up with Google

Tap "Continue with Google" and pick your Gmail. One tap — no password, no code. Your Gmail is already verified, so you are in straight away.

Step 2 · Become a collector

New accounts start as members. Tap "Become a collector", tell us small about your ajo, and we approve you.

Step 3 · Create your circle

Give it a name, set the amount, how often, how many members and your fee. BookAm builds the whole payout schedule for you.

Step 4 · Add your members

Add members by Gmail, or share one invite link. Drag the list to set who collects first, second, third…

Step 5 · Record payments

As money reaches you, tap "Mark paid". Green means paid, red means still owing — and everybody sees the same book.

Step 6 · See the whole book

The overview shows the round, how much don enter the pot, and who collects this turn. One screen, no arguments.

Step 7 · Settle the payout

You pay the collector directly — BookAm never holds the money. Upload your transfer receipt as proof and the round closes.
